Beirut The After Math

Plot: The documentary, filmed and directed by Spanish photographer and filmmaker Fadia Ahmad, "Beirut, the Aftermath" reveals the reality of life following the Beirut Port explosion of August 4, 2022. The film highlights the testimonials of its many survivors. Through her work, Ahmad seeks to immortalize the narrative of the blast, while revealing the deep wounds left on the Lebanese people that will take decades to heal.
